About Our Youth Ministry and The University of Akron Roo Catholic Newman Center

College is an important time in any person's life. During this period, students are pushing their boundaries and challenging themselves. At St. Mary Parish, we believe that faith should be a part of this important time.

We are proud to provide support for campus ministry at the University of Akron. All students in college or college-aged individuals are invited to the Newman Center on the third floor of the St. Bernard's Administration Building on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM for special presentations, social gatherings, and free dinners once a month.
